I started this consulting firm to be the exception to the consulting industry. Buzzwords and expensive dining and entertainment are nice but what we truly hope will be the major differentiator is how the client/partner will utilize the service we provide to better their business and/or to help the individual achieve said goal. The act of passing off deliverables while trying to absolve the firm of ANY real responsibility is something we aim to avoid in our culture. We’re “value-adders” so we should in-fact add value. Our advice to our clients is based on intensive and many years of experience and research. We truly pride ourselves on being the exception to the rule. We believe in true partnerships with our clients; not just partnerships in name only. What does that mean? Well, we align most of our compensation in the form of equity (stock) so if the client’s value appreciates based on our work then we shall be rewarded. That’s what we consider fair. Our slogan is; Strategy + Execution, and we’re firm believers that both have to work together in order to achieve the best results.
